Revecy Venir du Printans is a chanson by the late Flemish composer Claude LeJeune (1528-1600) extolling the wonders of the coming of Spring.

It is a rondo of sorts - a verse and chorus repeat; all five parts play the verse, then there is a set of duet phrases, everyone plays the verse again with the melody in another voice, a set of trio phrases, everyone plays the verse again with the melody in another voice, a set of quartet phrases, and a five-part ending. Very cleverly organized.

Revecy Venir du Printans is unrecorded, and the mP3 is a FINALE MIDI audio extract (not the greatest sound but you get the idea of how the song goes)

Revecy Venir du Printans is unpublished and available for $18.00 for hard copy, or $15.00 for the pdfs.
